3. Payment & Refunds

  • Payments must be made according to the terms outlined in the proposal or invoice.
  • Refunds are only available if services are canceled before work begins.
  • Once creative work has commenced, payments are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All creative work provided by MAW Motion Studios remains our property until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for final deliverables are transferred to the client.
  • We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in our agency portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

5. User Conduct

When using our website and services, you agree to provide accurate information for your projects and respect intellectual property rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

MAW Motion Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to the services shall not exceed the amount paid for those services.
